Please read the “Craft Booth Information” sheet included with the application as the festival layout and overnight on-site parking policy has changed.

Application Submission

Enclose the following with this completed application:

  1. Check or money order made to “BB Fisherman’s Festival” for $225.00 (or $250 if received after Feb 27),
  2. Two photographs of what you will be selling,
  3. Your California Seller’s Permit number,
  4. Sonoma County Health Department permit number (if selling prepackaged food products)
