Craft Booth Application
Please thoroughly read the attached application and information letter as several things have changed in the past few years.
NOTE: This year we will allow a limited number of double spaces, 10’ x 20’. The fees will be double the early bird and regular fees.
We are continuing with the reduction in the space fee for early entries and if your complete application packet is received on or before March 1, the space fee will be discounted to $225 or $450 (depending on the size of your space). In order to receive the discount, the application must be complete with no missing required data or incorrect checks. Checks received with accepted applications will be deposited upon acceptance. Applications received between March 02 and April 04 will be charged the full $250 or $500 space fee. If there are spaces available after April 04, applications may be considered until April 24. If accepted, the required form of payment will be a money order or cashier’s check payable to the festival.
If you are a returning vendor you may request a specific site on the application. If you prefer a certain area, i.e. across from food booths, near the entrance, sunny space, shady space, etc., please feel free to indicate that on your application. While we can’t guarantee a particular space, we will do our best to accommodate preferences.
